During Spring and Summer, many residents will busily working in their yards.

Like the exterior of the building of your home, the landscape is also an exterior part of your lot and subject to the CC&Rs and the Association’s Architectural Guidelines. Depending on the work you plan to do an architectural application may be required before starting your work.

Replacing a couple of plants does not require an application, but altering the design of the landscape and installing or removing hardscape does require an architectural application. Failure of homeowners to submit an application when required exposes the homeowner to the possibility of fines.
