It has been noted that coyotes are frequently spotted throughout the community. Coyotes can pose a threat to smaller animals, including common house pets. Coyotes are known to attack and kill pets, notably cats and small dogs. Conse­quently, it is re­commended for pet owners to supervise and/or leash dogs when outside, keep cats indoors and do not leave pet food outside your home.
