Landscape and Driveway Maintenance

As a reminder, please help keep our community looking its best by maintaining the landscaping around your home. Homeowners are encouraged to:

• Remove weeds and keep landscaped areas neat and well maintained.
• Trim overgrown trees and shrubs.
• Remove dead palm fronds and other dead vegetation.
• Ensure lawns are properly watered and maintained.
• Repair irrigation issues and prevent excessive water runoff onto sidewalks, streets, or common areas.

Keeping the landscaping properly maintained helps preserve the community’s appearance and curb appeal for everyone to enjoy.

Additionally, please refrain from storing or parking vehicles in the driveway with a vehicle cover, as this may not comply with the Association’s parking rules.
