Manager’s Messages

Hello Spring

As we embrace the warmer weather and nature’s vibrant landscape, let us remind everyone about maintaining their beautiful homes and gardens.

Taking a little time to spruce up the outdoor spaces makes our neighborhood look fantastic. It creates a more enjoyable environment for everyone. Whether it’s giving the front yard and garden some love or tidying up from winter, every little bit counts!

We know life can get busy, but together, we can keep our community looking lovely and welcoming for all of us to enjoy.

Thank you for being awesome neighbors!

Trash Bins Placement Reminder

We request your attention to the following guidelines regarding the placement and storage of trash bins within our community.

Please ensure that trash bins are placed at the curbside no more than 12 hours before collection day and promptly removed from the curbside within 12 hours after service.

Additionally, we ask that you store your trash bins in areas not visible from the common areas.

Adhering to these guidelines will help us collectively maintain the curb appeal of our community.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Responsible Pet Ownership

We kindly remind residents with pets of the importance of picking up after their pets in the community. As responsible pet owners, we must ensure that our community remains clean and welcoming to everyone; by promptly disposing of your pet’s waste, you contribute to creating a healthy and pleasant environment for all.

We urge pet owners to carry waste bags or scoops when walking their pets and promptly clean up any mess they leave. There are waste bags available at Sterling Park for your convenience. Please use them to clean up after your pets and dispose of the waste properly in the provided bin.

Remember, by cleaning up after our pets, we not only demonstrate responsible pet ownership but also show consideration and respect for our neighbors.

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping our community clean.

Be Safe Out There

We all enjoy the idea of being able to let our kids walk across the street in a safe and thoughtful community.

Unfortunately, sometimes we are all in a hurry — but PLEASE slow down — remember you are in a neighborhood with families and other vehicles coming out of driveways and parked on the street.

We encourage everyone to observe proper driving practices in the Sterling Heights community and adhere to the basic laws and rules of the road. This is the least we can do for one another in our community.

Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of others,

Gynnivel Alba, Community Manager
